Understanding our missions of giving the best services to our passengers, we offer the elderly and physically less mobile our assistance with special services that are available inside and outside of the terminal and free of charges.
Wheelchairs are available through pre-arrangements with the airline that you are travelling with. It is recommended that these services be arranged with the airline at least 24 hours in advance.
Should you feel unwell or require Medical attention & assistance, please approach our Customer Service Officers for direction to our Clinics where you can obtain your prescriptions.
