Ruili Airlines is an airline from China with headquarters in Kunming. This is the first Airline launching in Cam Ranh - Khanh Hoa market with direct flights from Kunming - Cam Ranh - Kunming. The airline is expected to start operating in September 2023, with a frequency of 1 flight/week.

On August 9, 2023, a representative of Ruili Airlines was present at Cam Ranh International Terminal T2 to meet and work with the CRTC delegation.
